The rules of the road.

By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you are using the service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a binding contract. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and all activity under it.

Access to AI features is metered in credits. Credits are non-refundable except as required by law or set out in our Refund Policy. Subscription plans renew automatically until cancelled.

You retain all rights to content you upload. You grant us a limited license to process content solely to provide the service. We do not use your content to train shared foundation models.

The platform generates AI-assisted outputs to support qualified legal professionals. Outputs are not legal advice. Users remain solely responsible for reviewing, validating and applying the outputs to their matters.

Your use of the service is subject to our Acceptable Use Policy. Violations may result in suspension or termination without refund.

We treat your account information and uploaded content as confidential and apply the safeguards described in our Privacy Policy and security documentation.

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid by you for the service in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Either party may terminate for material breach with written notice. On termination, your right to access the service ends and we will delete or return your content in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Courts of Munich have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protections.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated in advance via the platform or by email.
