Using the platform responsibly.

You may only use the service for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations and professional conduct rules that govern your practice.

You must not, and must not allow others to:

• Upload content you do not have the right to process, including content that infringes intellectual property or privacy rights.
• Attempt to bypass access controls, rate limits, security measures or model safety systems.
• Reverse engineer, decompile or attempt to extract the underlying models, embeddings or training data.
• Use the service to generate content that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, or that facilitates discrimination or violence.
• Use outputs to provide legal advice to end users without qualified human review.
• Introduce malicious code, or interfere with the integrity or performance of the service or the data of other customers.

Do not upload categories of data that are not covered by your subscription plan or data processing agreement, including regulated health information, payment card data outside PCI-scoped environments, or classified government material.

API access must respect published rate limits and authentication rules. Automated scraping of the marketing website is prohibited without prior written consent.
