A fair, transparent refund process.
We want you to feel confident when you buy credits or a subscription. This policy describes when refunds are available and how to request one.
1. 14-day right of withdrawal (EU/EEA/UK consumers)
If you are a consumer resident in the EU, EEA or UK, you may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of the transaction, provided you have not started using the credits or subscription. Once AI features are used, the digital service is deemed delivered.
2. Unused credits
Credit packs that remain fully unused can be refunded within 30 days of purchase. Partially used credit packs are non-refundable but remain available on your account until expiry.
3. Subscriptions
Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time and will remain active until the end of the current billing period. Annual subscriptions can be refunded on a pro-rata basis within the first 30 days.
4. Enterprise agreements
Refunds under enterprise agreements are governed by the terms of the applicable order form or master services agreement.
5. Service outages
In the event of a sustained service outage that breaches our service commitments, we will issue service credits in accordance with our SLA.
6. How to request a refund
Send a request to [email protected] with your account email and the invoice number. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 10 business days.
